When I have ordered before from here the service has been great. This time however I ordered and after an hour I had to call up as I hadn’t received my food yet. When I called they assured I will have my food soon and apologise. I know in the food industry it isn’t always easy I would appreciate some compensation as we waited over an hour for my order.
